We work with the latest software which allows us to project and determine the geometric characteristics of each bearing and the stainless steel we work with, the thermal treatment required and which lubricant is best suited for each individual application.

For the production of our bearings we have chosen the most technological advanced machinery available. But software and machines would be useless if it wasn't for the brains behind the production process. This is why we as a company place a heavy emphasis on research and design in all phases of production, guaranteeing extremely trustworthy bearings. The use of monitored automated systems in the assembly phase allows us to produce both individualized and superior quality solutions. Apart from using a traditional quality control platform, we have worked to develop a step by step control system which allows us to guarantee the integrity of our products during the different phases of the production process.
