Group creation
ZKL Group is a result of the integration of Czech bearing industry with more than sixty years’ tradition providing research, development, manufacturing and sales of ZKL bearings. The Group creation dates back to July 1, 1999.
ZKL Group is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2000, the automotive industry suppliers as per ISO/TS 16 949:2002.
ZKL - Výzkum a vývoj, a. s., a Group member company, deals especially with the analyses of trundle inner geometry, the contact stress analysis in respective contact points of bearing components, and tribology issues.
Verifying product technical parameters has to be part not only of development but also of established production. The specialized test shop of the ZKL Group equipped with necessary testing equipment serves to both permanent verification of standard product technical parameters and the development of new special bearings, materials and bearing accessories.
ZKL Tech-Tools, a.s., a Group member company, manufactures tools for the whole ZKL Group and external customers. Manufacturing process takes place based on the documentation delivered by clients. Design works are executed by a team of design engineers who employ the information technology equipped with the most advanced software SOLIDworks 2009 and AUTOCAD LT 2005.
