perma ULTRA – Capable single-point lubrication system with Bluetooth functionality
Very precise discharge, three different cartridge (LC) sizes for lubricant volumes of 500, 750, or 1000 cm³, and automatic LC detection via an integrated chip make perma ULTRA ideal for applications which demand high lubrication rates.
Due to its continuous pressure build-up to 50 bar, the lubrication system is particularly suited for use whereever long remote grease lines (up to 20 m) are required for safe access to lubrication points indoors and outdoors.
perma ULTRA is equipped with Bluetooth functionality as standard for remote configuration, control and maintenance. The perma CONNECT APP was specially developed for easy and reliable monitoring of perma ULTRA in hard-to-reach or dangerous areas, e.g. via smartphone, which actively contributes to increase workplace safety. The app is available free of charge on Google Play and App Store.
perma Lubrication systems can be used wherever there are lubrication points. The decision for the adequate lubrication system depends on ambient conditions and the individual requirements of the lubrication point.

More than half of all premature roller bearing failures can be prevented with correct lubrication. perma lubrication systems continuously supply lubrication points with fresh lubricant. They prevent the ingress of water, dirt and dust, which extends bearing service life. Lubrication starvation or over-lubrication can be avoided by adjusting the lubrication to ambient conditions like high temperatures.
For lubrication points with strong vibrations, the lubrication system can be remotely mounted with grease lines. perma offers a large selection of greases and oils which meet all of the different roller bearing requirements.
Constant automatic lubrication with perma lubrication systems minimises premature wear and downtimes of machinery and equipment components. Expensive repair and maintenance costs are significantly reduced. Maintenance intervals can also be scheduled ahead of time, taking pressure off the maintenance team.
