The EPTDA Academy represents the new EPTDA commitment to its members to develop and improve their leadership skills and qualities, in accordance with the latest market business needs and trends.

The EPTDA Leadership Academy is part of the EPTDA Academy concept, representing the main platform for developing the leadership qualities for all aspirational leaders within the PT/MC industry, regardless of their age. The program is developed in collaboration with a specialized training company with more than 25 years experience in the field.

The EPTDA Leadership Academy stands for active training by professionals, where participants are invited to take part in the sessions and discussing about the topic. The aim is to have dedicated sessions safeguarding the possibility to share experiences from participant to participant, to network and interact with other PT/MC professionals.
